Burj Khalifa

We had booked The Lounge and arrived approximately 40 minutes before 6 PM. Initially, it was unclear which queue to join — a prompt and organized allocation of guests to the respective lines from the very start would have made the process significantly more efficient. Despite holding priority access, it still took around 1.5 hours before we were eventually guided to the elevators and finally reached The Lounge — by which point the sun had already set. Now for my main points of criticism: Guests are not welcomed upon arrival, leaving them completely in the dark about what to expect and how the experience is structured. The Lounge itself is severely overcrowded. Young children are running around screaming, some guests are not even wearing shoes — walking barefoot on the carpet — and appropriate dress standards are seemingly non-existent. Plates and glasses are piling up everywhere, and the service team is clearly overwhelmed. At the food stations, guests are grabbing items directly with their hands. In short, for the price of a fine dining experience, what is delivered is the atmosphere of a madhouse.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Time schedule managed badly. Tourists service not well. All drinks could only be ordered then people always be kept waiting. Always out of plates and food. All views can only be shotted from inside, and the cleanness of the windows are bad with dust or spots. People cannot take good photos

We were so pleased to have chosen to visit level 154. Having visited the other levels on the way down, there is no comparison. The service in the lounge was friendly but slow and a little muddled so could be improved. My only real criticism was the welcome and intro was quite poor. The young girl spoke before people caught up so it was difficult to hear - not that she said much! As a Platinum ticket holder I’d expected a little more tbh.

I was last at the top 10 years ago when it was an exclusive experience to have a cocktail in the lounge and then have a meal in the restaurant. It has turned into a human zoo. People clambering over each other to do selfies and videos. For over $200 per person, that was just atrocious. The one glass of wine included tasted like vinegar. Views are great but there’s just too many people and I couldn’t wait to get back down.

Everything perfect and amazing I would like to visit again

Disappointed, the benefits only direct access and the snacks at the top but the view was the same from either level 154 or level 124/125.

The view was amazing in 154 Level December climate evening time if you go you can have amazing view with fog covered.
