Burj Khalifa: Level 124/125 Ticket

Very desapointed with the experience. It took more than an hour waiting in over 4 waiting queues just to get to the lift, and another 25 minutes queue to get the lift down to the ground floor. The experience lasted less than 30 minutes.

I contacted you regarding the current situation in the Middle East region seven days before the planned trip and informed you that our trip was canceled by the airline and that we will not be able to use the tickets to Burj Khalifa. You promised to respond to my request for a refund of the amount of purchased tickets due to the inability to use them due to force majeure. I never received a return statement. Your customer support is very very bad.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t go up because it was closed due to the situation with the Iranian missiles. We didn’t receive any official communication either from Tiqets or from the Burj Khalifa, even though we wrote to both of them. We still don’t know when we’ll get a refund for the ticket, and we feel completely unsupported and unattended.
