Burj Khalifa: At the Top (Floors 124 & 125) + Souvenir

Too much waiting time

After a smooth online ticket purchase for an exact time slot we went there and thought that we could have a well organized visit. But it wasn’t… long waiting for the ticket control and entrance, then came a huge queue for almost 1.5 hours in the closed corridor section of the building. A nightmare of almost 2.5 hours in total… So after all this time consuming and boring time we completely lost our interest even though the view was breathtaking on the upper level. Due to this issue we had no time left to visit other spots in the city since we had to get back to the airport. Well overpriced tickets for this very unprofessional organization…

Very poor organization. We came at 17.45, had tickets at 18.00 and now is 19.04 and still in line. Big big disrespect. I just received a link to evaluate an experience didnt began yet. I strongly dont recomend.

I was really looking forward to visiting the Burj Khalifa, but the experience was disappointing. It was extremely overcrowded, and it took nearly three hours just to reach Level 124, and despite paying for access to Level 125, I was never given the option to visit it. The views were nice but not extraordinary compared to the surrounding buildings, and there were very few good or artistic photo spots. Getting back down was another frustrating ordeal with long waits and poor crowd management. Overall, the experience did not justify the high price, and I would not return.
