Dubai Canal: Sightseeing Abra Cruise

Poorly arranged and no guide on speaker system. This was not as advertised. We live in Dubai and thought this would be something to do on a Saturday afternoon with our 8 year old. When we turned up there were no signs indicating where to go and just a random guy who turned out to be the captain and 2 other boat hands who suddenly appeared. The boat was huge and we were the only passengers so not what I would call an Abra either. However, and it is a big however - the captain and boat hands were really lovely and gave us plenty of water to drink. They let us hook up to there speaker and so we played our own music as we went along. They also let my daughter drive the boat to her great delight so we had a really nice hour or so onboard after all.

Nice experience to see Downtown Dubai from a different view angle.

We were looking for a trip during the day with a traditional Abra throug the Dubai Creek without all the usual extras like Dance and Dinner. And we found this lovely provider. We had the ship nearly to ourselves. It had a roof and tradional styling. We started in time to the creek at the mist extended part of the creek. The crew provided us with cooled water and lemonade, also we received blankets because we had a fresh wind during the trip. We had a really quiet nice time enjoying the skyline of Dubai. The ship turned at the foot of Burj Kalifa not cruising theough the hole creek but that wasn‘t expexted, since the trip was announced to return after 90 minutes. The crew was very kind and annimated us to take more photos and let the children sit at the wheel and took some more family pictures. We had a really nice time. People who like to be entertained are definitly wrong here. If you like to be by yourself that could be your choice. Defintely worth the small fee you have to pay! Thank you guys!
