Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. We were unable to use our tickets because we could not reach Abu Dhabi due to closed airspace. Despite daily communication, customer service showed no understanding of the situation. The way our case was handled and the overall behavior we experienced were very disappointing and inappropriate.
