You can truly feel the adrenaline rush and the crisp air against your face—made even more exhilarating by the cool weather that day. The entire process was seamless. I booked my flight through the Tiqets app, which was incredibly hassle-free. I arrived 30 minutes early and was pleasantly surprised to be prepped and ready to fly within five minutes. The staff were professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My pilot was not only skilled but also very engaging. He pointed out several iconic landmarks across Palm Jumeirah, adding a personal touch to the flight. The takeoff was smooth, the mid-air ride was thrilling, and the landing was flawless. If you’re looking for something new and exciting beyond tandem skydiving, I highly recommend trying a gyrocopter ride. It’s an unforgettable adventure that combines scenic beauty with a heart-racing experience in the skies.

Great experience! The staff and the pilot were very friendly and explained everything in details. The flight is 20 min and it ecaxtly enough. Safe and fun! Totally recommend.

I made a booking at 7, and i thought it's 7 pm. The ticket nor the booking website mentioned that it's "am" I contacted them while i was on the way, bcz on google it says it's closed. It turns out that i missed my booking Unfortunately they didn't accept to rebook or charge a penalty for rescheduling, nor partially refund. And it's not a small amount of money! I didn't even receive a call or a message on that day that "i missed my booking" at least i would've known since the morning. And BTW, i am here to pinpoint and highlight the rigid agency policies! Not the customer service agent.
